Where is your office located?
I conduct therapy sessions virtually using a secure video conferencing platform.
I work with women online throughout the state of California.
What are your hours?
How long are the sessions?
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept any insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill upon request if you have PPO out-of-network benefits for mental health.
If you have any insurance questions, please feel free to contact me.
How do I set up an initial appointment?
Call (213) 277-4411 or BOOK HERE NOW to schedule your free 20-minute phone consultation first to ensure we’re a good fit.
What happens during a free phone consultation?
During our free 20-minute phone consultation, we’ll talk about your current situation and how I may be able to help. I’ll answer any questions you may have.
If we decide we’re a good fit, and you’d like to start therapy with me, we’ll schedule our first session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Can you provide me with a "Good Faith Estimate"?
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the ‘No Surprises Act’, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your first appointment. You can also ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling an appointment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
Research shows that online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy sessions.
The process of therapy is the same. The convenience of online sessions can make therapy more practical, accessible, and consistent, which may benefit many people to reach their wellness goals.

I live outside California; can I still work with you?
How long do I have to do therapy?
Therapy is highly individualized, and there is no specific timeframe that I can give.
Many clients choose to end therapy when their symptoms or initial issue(s) have subsided, and many find a transformational benefit and continue to explore other parts of themselves.
We’ll evaluate and continue to reevaluate your symptoms, concerns, and wellness goals and decide the duration together.
Should I do therapy weekly?
For individual therapy, weekly sessions are best at the beginning until symptoms or initial issue(s) decrease and there is an improvement toward wellness goals.
How long have you been doing therapy?
I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2010 and licensed since 2013.
